Shadow Work and Musings on Russian Doll & Everything Everywhere All at Once

SPOILERS AHEAD: Not only is it my experience with A.D.D., but Everything Everywhere All at Once is a new movie about living in the multiverse and accessing our interdimensionality, and Season 2 of Russian Doll explores traveling back and forth in time. While I don’t get into everything about these two works, I discuss aspects I found remarkable and fascinating (you’ll know because I say “I find it fascinating“ about 12 times.) Along with a personal history mixtape of sorts and some wisdom from Carl Jung, I try my best to be coherent and explore Shadow Work, and how it helps us reclaim our powers for modern times. My take on Shadow Work is probably nothing new… but where else do you get to hear all this plus jams from the 80s and 90s? Step aboard!
